JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a Coordinator, Broadcast Partnerships and Marketing!  The Coordinator, Broadcast Partnerships and Marketing role supports the Broadcast Partnerships & Marketing team in executing programming and marketing initiatives across 209 FOX affiliate TV stations. Responsibilities include reviewing station program schedules, gathering clearance reports, distributing marketing materials in alignment with network campaigns, fulfilling asset requests, and streamlining marketing and operational processes. The Coordinator, Broadcast Partnerships and Marketing collaborates closely with internal teams at FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports, as well as external partners, ensuring seamless distribution of FOX Programming and promotional efforts.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between the FOX Network and 50+ broadcast Affiliates in coordination with station reps
  • Serve as brand coordinator on select FOX Entertainment and FOX Sports programming to support local marketing initiatives, including aggregating marketing assets for distribution, tracking in market activations, and providing campaign recaps
  • Serve as a point of contact for local Program Directors and Marketing Directors, responding to inquiries and providing necessary materials, and maintaining regular contact via phone and email
  • Monitor and verify station program schedules to ensure FOX programming airs as planned as well as collect and track station clearance forms
  • Monitor digital and social performance metrics; compile and share insights with internal stakeholders and client teams to optimize campaigns
  • Support station Marketing Directors by providing promo guidance, distributing promotional materials, and helping track marketing efforts
  • Maintain and update key internal documents, including affiliate market contact information, promotional shipping grids, department calendars, planning grids, along with marketing status rollouts and trackers
  • Assist in tracking, reconciling, and reporting on marketing budget expenses, ensuring timely processing and accurate recordkeeping
  • Coordinate Digital and Social Media Campaigns, manage timely delivery of assets to partners and clients
  • Curate and submit daily social media content in alignment with campaign priorities and client needs
  • Build compelling sales decks
  • Additional support for the Broadcast Partnerships & Marketing department, as it relates to answering phones, assisting with calendars, projects, and other initiatives as they arise

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ years of experience in media or a related field 
  •  Basic math skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respectfully interface with executives from various departments and divisions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a challenging environment with multiple deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and excellent follow-through skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, able to take initiative and work independently
  • Available for overtime as needed

  • Strong visual storytelling and a sharp eye for layout and branding

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $23.50-31.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
