Select Management Group is hiring a Coordinator, Brand Partnerships to provide essential administrative and operational support across our roster of 600+ creators spanning Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, Fitness, and Entertainment.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives on managing processes, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless execution. You will act as the engine for the Brand Partnerships team - managing inbound opportunities, routing inquiries, supporting pitch development, and maintaining our tracking systems. You will represent Select at industry events and collaborate closely with our talent management team to support campaign execution and account management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inbound Management: Qualify inbound opportunities, determine strategic fit, and accurately route them to the appropriate team members.
  • Deal Coordination: Serve as the primary touchpoint for inbound inquiries and RFPs, advancing standard requests and collaborating with the team to manage major brand partnerships.
  • Communication: Coordinate internal communications to ensure seamless execution of brand deals. Lead external communications with buyers and brands for assigned accounts.
  • Sales Support: Support pitch development, deck customization, and general market research to align with client goals.
  • Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain buyer pipelines, outreach tracking, and partnership data using CRM tools to support overall team strategy and decision-making.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the team at industry events, activations, and meetings, ensuring a strong and professional presence in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in entertainment (representation preferred), brand partnerships, or an agency environment, ideally within digital media and influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand-agency dynamics, digital talent, and the creator economy.
  • Deeply tuned into the influencer space: you actively follow creators, notice when brand campaigns hit or miss, and have a genuine passion for the industry.
  • Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining detailed tracking systems.
  • Proactive, high-energy, and self-motivated - a true team player who excels in an administrative and support-driven capacity.

SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
