JOB DESCRIPTION

Select Management Group is hiring a Coordinator, Brand Partnerships Sales to drive new business across our roster of 600+ creators spanning Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, Fitness, and Entertainment. This role is ideal for a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, securing meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue. You'll own outreach to new brand partners, represent Select at industry events, develop compelling pitches, and collaborate with our talent management team to execute campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify new brand partners and agency contacts, proactively reaching out to drive new business using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Conduct outreach and networking efforts to secure 5-10+ brand meetings per week
  • Develop and refine sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals including creator recommendations and rate proposals
  • Represent Select at industry events, brand summits, and activations, building relationships and expanding our network
  • Maintain buyer pipelines and outreach tracking in Streak CRM to support strategy and reporting
  • Qualify inbound leads and warm inquiries, determining fit and routing appropriately
  • Collaborate with talent managers and the partnerships team to ensure seamless deal execution from contract through campaign delivery
  • Track and report on outreach metrics, response rates, and pipeline health

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years in brand partnerships, sales, or agency experience within digital media, influencer marketing, or entertainment
  • Natural networker and salesperson comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and influencer marketing metrics
  • Excellent communication and pitching skills, you know how to sell an idea and close a deal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Streak, HubSpot, or similar) and outreach tracking
  • Proactive, high-energy, and self-motivated, you make things happen without being asked
  • Based in Los Angeles or New York with ability to work hybrid in-office
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers or agency contacts a plus

SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
