About the Team:
The Sales Enablement team at AlphaSense is an integrated and dynamic team that works cross-functionally to drive results for the Revenue organization. We identify skill/knowledge gaps and opportunities for optimization to shape a scalable enablement strategy that improves overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and service team. About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Enablement Senior Associate with a focus on onboarding and ramping new hires for our Product Specialist (Adoption Specialist) team globally. This role will be central to ensuring that new hires quickly get up to speed, successfully transition into their roles, and are set up for long-term success. You will leverage data to design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate ramp time and enable new hires to meet and exceed their targets. Additionally, you will continuously refine and enhance the programs to improve product knowledge, sales performance, and user adoption across the team.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with key stakeholders to conduct a thorough needs analysis, identifying the best onboarding and training solutions for new hires
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success and are equipped to meet and exceed their sales targets
- Own the creation, maintenance, and execution of onboarding programs and training curricula for new hires
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to analyze productivity data, adjusting future enablement strategies to improve ramp time and performance
- Provide personalized coaching to new hires during their ramp period, offering support and guidance that accelerates their path to full productivity
- Develop actionable, hands-on training programs that simplify complex business concepts and enhance overall sales effectiveness
- Continuously refine enablement materials and strategies, focusing on increasing adoption and product knowledge across the team
For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.
You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
Base Compensation Range
$90,000—$90,000 USD
