As a Business Data Conversion Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving successful software conversion initiatives. Your contributions will enable our organization to leverage modern software systems, improve operational efficiency,  and deliver enhanced value to our customers.

Your Impact:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define software conversion objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Develop and execute detailed conversion plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify data mapping, transformation, and migration requirements during the conversion process.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, end-users, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.
  • Identify and document business processes and workflows to align software conversion efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of converted software systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate post-conversion performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure optimal system functionality.

Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • P&C Insurance software experience required. Wholesale experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on software conversions or system implementations.
  • Proficient in conducting business process analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data migration activities.
  • Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

 At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, 
including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. 

The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position 
is between $85,000.00 to $120,000.00 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
