About the RoleAs a Conversational AI Engineer at TRA, you'll be at the forefront of developing intelligent AI agents that enhance client interactions through chat and voice interfaces. Your work will directly impact lead engagement, customer support, and overall client experience by creating seamless, compliant, and efficient conversational solutions.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop Conversational Flows: Create intuitive and engaging AI agent dialogues for lead generation, support, and client interactions.
Integrate with Internal Systems: Seamlessly connect AI agents with CRM platforms and call center systems to ensure smooth data flow and user experience.
Monitor and Optimize Performance: Continuously assess AI conversations, implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, user satisfaction, and efficiency.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to regulatory standards, including TCPA and IRS guidelines, ensuring all AI interactions are compliant and secure.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and compliance officers to align AI solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in conversational AI or natural language processing (NLP) roles.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or OpenAI APIs.
Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into CRM systems and telephony/IVR platforms.
Compliance Awareness: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including TCPA and IRS guidelines, as they pertain to AI interactions.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze AI performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.

Location: Irvine, CA - onsite preferred
Compensation: Up to $125,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
