As a full-time consultant with 8020, you'll leverage your controllership expertise to lead high-impact projects that ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Whether optimizing financial reporting, guiding ERP rollouts, or supporting M&A activity, your work will make a visible impact—without the need for travel.

Examples of recent controllership-aligned engagements include:
- Establishing and optimizing month-end close processes for a PE-owned consumer products company
- Implementing internal controls and policies for a rapidly scaling e-commerce brand
- Leading the transition to ASC 842 lease accounting compliance for a national retail chain
- Redesigning chart of accounts and reporting structures during a finance transformation initiative
- Overseeing the accounting integration of an acquired entity for a Fortune 500 client
- Acting as interim controller during a leadership transition for a media and entertainment firm
You'll play a critical role in helping clients maintain compliance, streamline reporting, and position their finance teams for long-term success.
