Job Summary
Provide precise outlook and traceability of the company profitability to the contribution margin level, while also managing the full PL process inside HVAC business segment and also to support Global Appliance platform in the consolidation of both actual results and outlook.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage PL process inside of HVAC and support Global Appliance in the consolidation of both actual results and outlook
- Prepare bridge analyses to take action and report concerns
- Provide commercial analysis to support Sales team related to evaluation of price and margin
- Long term planning – Manage strategy review and business planning process
- Rebate Management – Review rebate and warranty calculations and approve these rebates in FileMaker. Analysis performed by financial analyst is subject to yearly internal / external audits.
- Connect HVAC Finance Director and MES Staff with P&Ls to best support the business
- Bi-monthly MBR PL’s and bridge analysis.
- Project evaluation (business case simulation and analysis to provide support for investment)
- CAPEX process approval and governance
- Journal Entry Review for entries prepared by FPA team members
- Review and approve monthly Alliance rebate
- Audit support for order-to-cash matters
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Experience: 5+ years in cost accounting and cost analysis
- Skills: Financial analysis, attention to detail, business acumen, office suite, Oracle, Google Docs, Power BI
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Language Skills: Fluent English
