Job Title: Controller

Job Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA

Job Type: Contract-to-Direct Hire/Full time


Amtec has an exciting opportunity for a Controller for a contract to potential direct hire position located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The qualified candidate will have experience in a construction environment/working in the construction industry and have 8-10 years in accounting or as a Controller.


The controller will be accountable for the operations of the company, to include the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records and a set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with accounting principals.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

-Experience producing financial reports

-Experience producing balance sheets

-Experience producing income statements

-Experience running payroll

-Experience filing leans and taking care of bonding

-Experience producing P&L forms

-Must have experience with Construction environment

-Must have experience with accounting software American Contractor

-8-10 years experience
