The Service Area Repair (SAR) is part of Global Services Operations in Business Unit Global Services and is globally responsible for delivering hardware-related services across multiple business areas. SAR focuses on customer contract SLA/WLA fulfillment while optimizing end-to-end delivery and maximizing return on capital employed for service delivery.
As a Supply Chain Control Tower Analyst - Order Management, you will support the end-to-end order lifecycle within a centralized control tower environment. You will help ensure full visibility of customer orders from placement to delivery, proactively follow up on risks and exceptions, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to secure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
What you will do• Support the management and monitoring of end-to-end customer orders from creation to final delivery, ensuring accurate entry, validation and processing in ERP/SAP systems.• Operate within the supply chain control tower to help maintain real-time visibility of order flows, monitor KPIs (e.g., SLA/WLA, automation rate), highlight risks and support issue resolution.• Assist in creating, managing and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in SAP, coordinate goods receipt and invoice verification, and help secure alignment between purchase orders, goods receipts and delivery confirmations.• Detect and follow up on order exceptions (delays, mismatches, shortages) by coordinating with warehouses, repair centers, planners and logistics partners, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.• Use and learn AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power Query, RPA) to enhance monitoring, reporting and digitalization of order management workflows.• Act as a key operational point of contact for internal stakeholders, contributing to regular reporting on order performance, continuous improvement activities and SOP updates.
You will bring• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics or a related discipline.• Fluent English (oral and written)• Basic experience in supply chain, order management, shared services or control tower operations; interest in telecom or reverse logistics (RMA) and understanding of hardware services is a plus.• Basic knowledge or strong interest in SAP order operations (POs, SOs, GR, delivery schedules) and motivation to learn AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate, Power Query, RPA).• Ability and motivation to work with international customers and cross-functional global teams, including interaction with senior stakeholders.• Proactive, decisive and change-ready mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with analytical and statistical skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure and deliver on commitments.• Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-focused attitude.• Professional supply chain certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM are considered a strong plus (or willingness to pursue them).
