Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of various contracts (fixed price, cost reimbursement, prime, sublevel, Part 12/15, production, etc.)
- Cross-functional collaboration to assess and disposition FAR and DFARs requirements and commercial terms and conditions for solicitations and contracts
- Contract life cycle support for multiple programs including solicitation assessment, proposal strategy and compilation, audit and negotiation, contract operation and change management, customer relationship maintenance, administration of claims and disputes and contract closeout
- Commitment to compliance, quality and timeliness
- Participation in special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 3-5 years of experience in government, commercial or international contract formation and execution
- Experience with administration of commercial terms and conditions, Federal Acquisition Regulations, with emphasis in Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and 15 Contracting by Negotiation, and DoD Supplement
- Periodic travel required
- Ability to obtain security clearance

The base pay range for this position pay range is $108,900.00 - 145,400 USD Annual USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
