Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
As Contracts Manager you will engage in high-stakes legal and business negotiations for cutting-edge technology and AI products, playing a key role in shaping enterprise solutions. Experience in reviewing and negotiating customer sales agreements, confidentiality agreements, and related contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and risk tolerance while collaborating closely with business teams. Leading strategic negotiations, ensuring agreements reflect both legal safeguards and business objectives. Review and negotiate customer sales agreements that meet the company's requirements under its. Serve as a trusted business partner, providing timely and strategic support to internal stakeholders. Advise internal teams on company policies and processes related to customer sales agreements, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Education: Law degree required.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years' relevant experience negotiating technology agreements, including but
    not limited to SaaS or software licensing agreements.
  • Sales Support: Demonstrated experience supporting a sales organization and closing deals efficiently in
    collaboration with business teams
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win
    negotiations.
  • Critical Thinking and Judgment: Exceptional critical thinker, who possesses strong business acumen and
    excellent business judgment; must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and pivot
    between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to distill complex issues
    clearly.
  • Practical Approach: A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results while
    maintaining legal and business integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Global Perspective: Working knowledge or experience working in an international context.
  • Revenue Recognition: Understanding of revenue recognition principals and their application in
    transactional contexts.
  • Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international team members,
    fostering a cohesive, respectful and productive working environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive attitude toward improving established practices, with a strong drive to innovate and enhance processes.
  • Commitment to Development: A demonstrated interest in continuous professional development through both internal training programs and external academic or industry-related resources.
