Role: Contracts Manager
Reports to: VP, Corporate Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, create, edit, and review vendor and client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Insertion Orders, Releases, etc.)
  • Ensure contracts are accurate, well maintained and filed 
  • Work with cross-discipline internal teams to communicate key contract terms and provide support, advice and guidance 
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes
  • Monitor client, vendor, and industry changes and responses to standard terms and conditions and recommend changes

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law or related field 
  • 4-7 years of work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting
  • Experience in the professional services industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exemplify creative problem solving abilities
