Contracts Manager **SIGN-ON BONUS**

As the Contract Manager, you will work closely with sales managers, functional experts (legal, insurance, trade compliance etc.) and bid teams to deliver winning bids and resulting contracts in line with business requirements. With primary focus on leading the negotiations on the terms and conditions of contracts, you will also work closely with the General Managers and program delivery teams to shape the commercial strategy to ensure successful program delivery under our customer contracts.

Location: U.S.A

Salary: $113,900 – $150,000

Your Challenge

  • Responsible for the drafting, negotiation, management and administration of company contracts including overseeing proposal preparation and contract negotiation. Typical contracts include long-term supply of goods and services, software licenses and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions. (60%)
  • Facilitate effective implementation of contract responsibilities within program objectives and requirements, including preparation of contractual notices and variations to contract.
  • Provide support to program manager and supply chain management team on more complex bids that may require integrating proposals from subcontractors and other potential vendors.
  • Provides regular reporting to senior management on contract issues.   (30%)
  • Interpret and apply contracts policies and ensure consistent execution. Manage the formulation of contract policies, procedures, methods, operating practices and performance standards for division/product areas and programs. (10%)

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (law degree preferred).
  • 7-10 years of contract management experience (preferably in supply of goods, construction, or IT services) . Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and management of commercial contracts.
  • Strong negotiation leadership and communication skills
