Contracts Manager, Production
Some people don’t need a perfect structure to do great work. You’re the one who creates it.
You’re organized, but not rigid. You can track details, manage moving pieces, and adjust when things change at the last minute. You don’t get overwhelmed by volume or ambiguity. You get focused. You figure things out, fill in gaps, and keep things moving.
You’re just as comfortable working through contracts and tracking key dates as you are jumping in to support a production team or making sure all required documents, including location agreements, releases, and insurance paperwork, are in place before a shoot. You take pride in catching what others miss and handling the details that keep everything running.
We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively in that kind of environment. This role sits at the intersection of legal, business, and production, supporting a high volume of deals while keeping teams organized, prepared, and on track.
You’re not starting from zero, but you’re still early enough in your career to want more hands-on experience. You’ve had some exposure to contracts, production, or business operations, and you’re ready to take on more responsibility. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out as you go.
