We’re looking for a Contracts and Procurement Manager to lead the charge in managing EdVisorly’s contracting and procurement operations. This role will be part of our Revenue Operations team and is at the core of our operational excellence — ensuring that every agreement, vendor relationship, and compliance document reflects precision, integrity, and efficiency.
You’ll serve as the bridge between internal teams and external partners, coordinating contracts, supporting procurement processes, managing business registrations, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance across the board.

What You’ll Own🔹 Contract Management & Coordination
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle — from drafting and redlines to execution and storage.
Ensure accuracy, version control, and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain alignment, reporting, and compliance across all contract and procurement operations.
🔹 Procurement & Vendor Management
Oversee procurement operations including vendor onboarding, POs, and documentation.
Manage collection of W-9s, insurance certificates, and payment details.
Partner with Finance to ensure vendor spend aligns with budget and approval workflows.
🔹 State & Business Registration Support
Track and manage state business registrations, annual renewals, and compliance documentation.
Maintain a proactive calendar of deadlines for all filings, licenses, and certifications.
Partner with Legal and leadership on state procurement requirements and renewals.
🔹 RFP & Proposal Coordination
Coordinate and prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, and related documentation.
Ensure submissions meet all compliance, formatting, and deadline requirements.
Collaborate across teams to gather technical, pricing, and legal inputs.
Improve systems and processes by optimizing tools, automation, and SOPs for greater efficiency and consistency.
✅ You have 5-7 years of experience in contract administration or procurement in a higher education context.
✅ You’re experienced in reviewing and coordinating contract redlines and approvals.
✅ You understand procurement processes, vendor management, and state registration requirements.
✅ You’ve supported RFP response workflows and compliance documentation.
✅ You’re highly organized, adaptable, and excel at managing multiple priorities.
✅ You’re proficient in Google Workspace, CRM, and contract management tools like Hubspot or DocuSign.
✅ You’ve worked in higher education, SaaS, or public-sector environments (a plus!).
