Position summary:
The Contracts Administrator represents the company in customer service and administration of customer contracts. The role is responsible for customer orders and requests in a manner that reflects quality customer service.

Essential Functions:
- Work with Vice President of Sales, Business Unit Managers, Customer Service Supervisor and other functions including Sales, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering on contract review and administration for sustaining and new products.
- Acts as point-of-contact for responsible customers, including order review and entry, maintain responsibility through all customer requests and updates as necessary. Provides exceptional customer service to domestic and international customers and distribution partners.
- Reviews RFQs and RFPs. Quote price and delivery information according to established departmental policies and approved guideline. Assist in the preparation, coordination and submission of commercial proposals.
- Monitor performance of long-term contracts and agreements. Analyze and concisely summarize contractual obligations, commitments and performance for internal stakeholders. Work with product line teams to fulfil contractual obligations. Track to ensure the customer is compliant with the terms and conditions.
- Monitor contract information and stay up to date on customer portals. Review and work with internal team members and customer contacts to ensure accurate performance metrics.
- Interface with Production Control, Purchasing, Quality, and Shipping/Receiving in an effort to expedite (as required) and deliver an “on-time” product.
- Correspond with customers with respect to contract administration, receipt of orders, pricing, shipping information, clarification of requirements, and any other information needed. Perform routine customer follow-up and coordination.
- Support regular customer collaborations including weekly orderbook reviews.
- Work with Accounting to resolve any credit or billing issues connected to customer accounts.
- Account ownership with weekly check and balance to the backlog and forecast for accuracy and on time performance.
- Works independently with minimum supervision.
- Good work ethics and attention to detail.
- On-site position with 5 days work week
Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000
