What you'll do:
- Identify and recruit top notch talent across multiple areas of our business, recruiting Technical and non-Technical candidates, you can plug & play across multiple business units
- Conduct research on target companies and candidates, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, in addition to other online resources
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best and brightest talent and work diligently to fill active job openings, and maintain a strong pipeline bench for high volume roles
- Proactively source diverse candidates to expand the diversification of our talent pool.
- Drives improvements in recruiting process, quality & efficiency
- Organize strategic recruiting events to help us grow the Commerce employment brand within the community through traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods
- Collaborate with your Recruiting teammates as well as your partners on our People Experience team (Human Resources)
- 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle recruiting for top talent, ideally for the technology industry, either in house or within an agency; software, internet, or social media company preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications, Sociology, or a related field is preferred. We also recognize that valuable skills and perspectives can come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds — equivalent experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related areas will be considered in place of a formal degree.
- Strong research skills and the ability to conduct research on target companies and candidates, leveraging online resources (social tools, LinkedIn, Boolean search queries, etc.)
- Previous experience using a Candidate Management and/or Applicant Tracking software tool (we use Workday)
- Strong interviewing skills, both in person and over video interviews -- the ability to identify the very best talent from average talent
- Comfort with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools for recruitment, is highly valued.

The national base salary range for this role is posted above in this job post.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location. We also consider internal equity to help ensure fair and consistent pay practices across our teams.
Where applicable, this role may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), equity, and benefits in accordance with local policies.
