About the Role

Do you excel in structured, fast-paced, detail-intensive environments where accuracy is everything? Are you someone who finds satisfaction in cleaning up data, tightening processes, and bringing order to complex operational workflows? Riveron is seeking an Interim Contingent Workforce Operations Contractor to provide dedicated interim operational support. This role is focused on execution - ensuring contractor records, documentation, and system data are accurate, complete, and compliant.

You’ll work directly with the Contingent Workforce Program Manager and support cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and business teams. This is a hands-on operational role designed for someone who thrives in process-driven environments, whocan quickly step in to bring structure, clarity, and precision to existing workflows. Your impact will be centered on operational execution, data integrity, and lifecycle coordination.

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of experience in HR, contingent workforce operations, recruiting, staffing programs, or similarly structured environments

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong track record of maintaining clean, accurate, and audit-ready data

  • Comfortable performing data cleanup, reconciliation, and system validation work

  • Experience working within defined processes, compliance requirements, and approval workflows

  • Highly organized and capable of managing repetitive, detail-heavy tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or accuracy

  • Comfortable working across systems such as ATS, CLM, VMS, CRM, or similar enterprise platforms

  • Clear, professional communicator who can follow up consistently and ensure documentation completeness

  • Someone who values precision, accountability, and operational discipline

  • Able to work independently and execute with minimal oversight once priorities are defined

What You’ll Do

Provide Operational Execution Support

  • Process contractor lifecycle updates including onboarding coordination, extensions, renewals, rate updates, and offboarding activities.

  • Ensure all required documentation and approvals are collected, tracked, and properly stored.

  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal to confirm operational steps are completed accurately.

Conduct Data Cleanup & System Reconciliation

  • Audit contractor records across systems to ensure data consistency and completeness.

  • Identify discrepancies in engagement details such as dates, rates, status, and approvals, and correct them.

  • Clean up legacy data and standardize documentation across engagement files.

  • Validate dashboards and tracking tools to ensure reporting accuracy.

  • Maintain Lifecycle & Compliance Tracking

  • Monitor active contractor timelines and flag upcoming renewals, expirations, or documentation gaps.

  • Ensure required approvals are in place before status changes are activated.

  • Maintain structured tracking tools to ensure full visibility into contractor engagement status.

Strengthen Operational Documentation

  • Update and organize program documentation, templates, and trackers.

  • Ensure engagement files are audit-ready and consistently maintained.

  • Support process refinement efforts to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $45/hour

Classification: 1099 contract position
