About the Role

    We’re looking to engage an experienced and specialized clinical recruiter to find top-quality licensed mental health therapists to join Lyra’s rapidly-growing Clinical Provider Network. Contract Recruiters will manage the full recruitment process for specified roles, from outreach to  provider  evaluation. The work you do will help to create positive outcomes for Lyra’s clients and redesign how mental health care is delivered today.

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Recruits mental health providers  for specified roles and in specified geographic areas, which may include screening resumes, scheduling interviews, servicing as the provider’s  primary point of contact

Qualifications

     

    • 3+ years of work experience in a clinical recruitment role in a healthcare industry, especially recruiting mental health therapists, strongly preferred

    • Passionate about changing the landscape of Behavioral Health

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an outstanding phone presence; excellent influencing and negotiating skills

    • Proven record of success; strives for excellence, productivity, and excellence

    • Proficient in Recruitment Technology stack,   , familiarity with Lever preferred, CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platforms
