We are looking for a startup minded, accomplished Contract Recruiter with a proven track record of successfully building teams (Ideally 0 to 1) The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer market trends, the nutrition and health & wellness landscape.
 
What You'll do
 
Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including Linkedin and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
Your focus will be recruiting great people across technical disciplines
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates, skills, experience, and cultural fit
Maintain and manage a candidate database, ensuring accurate tracking of candidate progress
Provide regular updates on recruitment status and market trends
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate’s experience
Maintain ATS (Lever)
 
Requirements
Start up experience is a must
10 plus years of experience
Full cycle recruiting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated
You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
