As a Contract Recruiter at Crunchyroll, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the NORAM region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who leverages data and metrics to drive decision-making, takes a consultative approach with hiring managers, and consistently delivers results through strong client and candidate management.

Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple, complex searches, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers while ensuring alignment on role requirements, market trends, and hiring strategy
Develop and execute creative, data-informed sourcing and engagement plans that target both active and passive candidates across multiple channels
Analyze and present recruiting metrics to stakeholders, using data to drive insights, influence decisions, and improve efficiency and effectiveness in hiring
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, proactively guiding them through the hiring process, setting expectations, and providing market intelligence to shape talent decisions
Manage candidates with transparency and care, driving an exceptional experience through clear communication, strong relationship building, and effective closing strategies
Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruiting approaches, ensuring balanced slates and equitable processes
Take ownership of recruiting outcomes by anticipating challenges, resolving blockers, and pushing searches forward with urgency and accountability
Partner with the recruiting team on critical initiatives, projects, and process improvements, contributing to scalable recruiting operations that reflect our commitment to continuous improvement

You are metrics-driven, with a track record of using data to measure recruiting performance, identify trends, and drive results
You demonstrate proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates at all levels, from individual contributors to leadership roles
You take a consultative approach with hiring managers, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment with both business needs and market realities
You excel at building and managing strong candidate pipelines while delivering a high-touch candidate experience
You proactively identify and implement sourcing strategies that attract passive candidates and align to the long-term needs of the business
You have strong business acumen and understanding of both technical and non-technical roles, skills, and evolving market dynamics
You thrive in an environment that values ownership, accountability, and adaptability, moving seamlessly between strategy and execution
You are highly skilled in applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Greenhouse experience is a plus
You bring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
