Contract Recruiter (4 months)
Job Summary
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking to add a Contract Recruiter for a 4 Month contract. This person will focus on recruiting for positions at all levels and across all departments within the company. This is an individual contributor role which requires strong, proven experience in strategic sourcing, thorough candidate evaluation and complex negotiations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with department leads across the organization to determine hiring needs
• Extensively source and assess candidates
• Make recommendations to senior management on candidate viability and hiring decisions
• Research and evaluate all relevant recruiting channels for sourcing candidates
• Initiate contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings
• Apply thorough knowledge of full life cycle recruiting to fill positions
QUALIFICATIONS
• 4-7 years of fast-paced, full life cycle staffing/recruitment experience
• Experience with technical recruiting is required
• Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to corporate staff
• The ideal candidate comes from either a tech staffing company or corporate recruiting in a quickly growing company
• Highly skilled in a variety of strategic recruiting techniques, preferable utilizing retained search methodologies
• Strong candidate qualification and interview skills
• Ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with hiring managers to address needs quickly
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Experience with tracking and reporting key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity
