- Efficiently manage high-volume candidate pipelines.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess and identify the best talent for various job profiles.
- Build collaborative and consultative relationships with internal hiring managers and external candidates.
- Drive recruiting initiatives to deliver timely results for our internal customers.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategies to continuously improve our fast-paced, customer-focused culture.
- Nurture candidates during the entire recruitment life cycle
- Maintain consistent applicant engagement, particularly throughout a lengthy government clearance investigation process
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment such as retail, logistics, operations, or an agency.
- Proven experience managing internal customer relationships across multiple geographic regions and diverse job profiles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Workday experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in high-volume, non-exempt frontline hiring is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
