As a Junior Project Manager at CapTech, you’ll support the delivery of technology-driven projects across a variety of industries. You’ll work closely with senior project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to help ensure successful project execution and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
  • Help facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Learn and apply best practices from Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed to senior team members.
  • Participate in hands-on delivery activities such as process documentation, analysis, and change management support.
  • Contribute to a community of project managers by sharing learnings and seeking mentorship.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related roles.
  • Exposure to Agile or traditional project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a consulting and technology-focused environment.

Preferred Training and Certifications

  • Interest in pursuing certifications such as:
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
    • Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
    • SAFe Agilist or other Agile-related certifications
