About the Role

The Talent Team at Swing Education partners with every department to find, attract, and close world-class talent. We’re looking for a Contract Go-to-Market Recruiter to help us fill key roles across our Sales and broader GTM organization.

In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting — from sourcing to close — for high-impact, fast-moving positions. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to bring top talent to Swing, shape our GTM recruiting strategy, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

This is more than “filling seats.” You’ll help build the recruiting engine that powers our growth in the K-12 education space.

How You’ll Have Impact
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles — from kickoff, sourcing, interviews, and offers to close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create assessment plans, and align on ideal candidate profiles
  • Build strong pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience marked by clarity, empathy, and timely communication
  • Track key metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
  • Represent Swing’s mission and values in every interaction, ensuring our employer brand shines through
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with hiring managers, the Onboarding Manager, and the People Operations team to ensure alignment and progress updates
  • General ATS maintenance
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market/Sales roles
  • Proven success managing multiple searches and closing top talent quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales functions and metrics
  • High adaptability — thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar)
Nice to Haves
  • Experience recruiting in education technology, SaaS, or other high-growth start-up industries
  • Familiarity with compensation structuring for Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Associate roles
  • Startup or contract recruiting experience
