We are currently seeking a Contract Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world's most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
Performance Objectives
- Support the relaunch of the Enverus intranet (on Simpplr) including but not limited to content inventory and clean up, documentation of processes, communication to stakeholders and managing the implementation of a significant software release.
- Improving processes around the Communications Department use of Enverus Marketing
- Content Management Platform (Optimizely CMP) to accept and assign projects for internal communications.
- Coordinate the rework of our Marketing Tear Sheet process, i.e. the process that is triggered by an Intelligence report to create press releases, blogs, social media posts, webinars and other materials. This effort will include leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
Other, on-going daily responsibilities:
- Assistance with editing and sending internal corporate communications.
- Document processes and develop templates and playbooks for internal communications.
- Media tracking and routing tier 2 and 3 media requests for follow up by Intelligence. Includes end of week compilation of Enverus in the News message shared internally with employees.
- Support Enverus all hands meetings
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Experience with communications, journalism, marketing or public relations
- Managing projects/processes, attention to detail and working independently with limited supervision but also has confidence to seek help when needed.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications, experience with internal corporate communications, i.e. messages to all employees in the company
- Ability to prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams (including hosting video townhall meetings with hundreds of attendees)
Salary Range: $30 - $60 hourly
