Fox Corporation is seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support the FOX Campus Team during peak hiring cycles. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in full-cycle campus recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling, and programming support, while collaborating closely with emerging early career talent across the country. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to the FOX Campus Team in all aspects of the recruiting life cycle for internships and entry-level roles
  • Post internship and entry-level positions to ATS and supporting job boards
  • Responsible for the candidate interview experience from first contact through the interview process to ensure a seamless experience 
  • Schedule a high volume of Zoom, phone, and on-site interviews locally and across the U.S.
  • Track candidate interview status in Workday
  • Assist in the hiring and onboarding of Fall, Spring, and Summer interns 
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on application status via phone and email
  • Answer candidate questions, as well as resolve or filter issues to the appropriate parties
  • Prepare and send candidate offer letters and close out hires in Workday
  • Maintain accurate reporting within our internal tools and recruiting system
  • Conduct various employment verification processes 
  • Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage in-house interviews the day of to ensure that interviews are punctual
  • Coordinate written feedback from interviewers and create candidate summary documents for candidate debriefs
  • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screens, administer assessments and perform data entry of candidate activities
  • Assist with the organization of internship programming, events, and logistics

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ year of administrative, HR, or coordination experience, ideally in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
  • Clear communication and strong organizational skills
  • A customer service mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfort juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience using Workday or applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Interest or background in talent acquisition or campus programs is a plus

This is a temporary assignment (approx. 6 months). Candidates must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the duration of the project on-site in New York or Los Angeles.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.00 per hour.
