Job objective: Candidate will be responsible for creating, editing & maintaining print, online & multi-media documentation in relation to all sold & deployed Epirus’ product solutions.
Duties
- Create, write, and edit content along with manuals, operational procedures, installation guides
- Develop and update technical manuals and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs)
- Produce printable documentation in addition to online materials
- Ensures all materials effectively relay technical information and data
- Revise technical and editorial errors as necessary
- Produce implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities
- Maintain a current internal documentation library
- Full support for multimedia content in all documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience writing and maintaining technical data for both hardware and software systems
- Ability to interpret engineering technical discussions and document into explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and Share Point
- US Citizen and/or Permanent Resident (future security clearance may be required)
Desired Qualifications
- Startup experience and/or Defense/Aerospace/Military experience
- Strong attention to detail
- DOD Secret Clearance (Active)
- Exposure to CUAS, counter-electronics, and other high-energy weapons systems
- Exposure to Agile product development

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Epirus provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $66,000 - $104,000.
