ADP is hiring a Senior Digital Design Producer
The Senior Digital Design Producer - is responsible for meeting and helping visualize the information needs of clients from creation to optimization, and will work closely with product owners, subject matter experts and others to ensure high-quality deliverables. The associate in this role consults with various stakeholders to gather information and deliver content and designs that conform to standards and provide a measurable business impact.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing requirements and priorities. You must be able to take complex concepts and create it to be captured by your target audience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Involved in the visualization and interactive consumption of content from development and design to production and optimization
  • Collaborates to create visual design for HR content in digital formats and products
  • Creates and distributes email campaigns and analyzes engagement of email and landing pages for improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Takes the lead to design, publish, and produce email templates, landing pages, blogs and e-books, also creating content when needed
  • Can work across digital formats, such as webinars and podcasts, to engage audiences through different learning platforms
  • Subject Matter Expertise - Provides guidance and best practices in digital design, digital consumption, and ADP brand and digital guidelines
  • Growth & Development - Participates in stretch assignments that develop skills and support business needs
  • Convert technical information into documents for non-technical and technical users
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to obtain information and content validation.
  • Report progress of content deliverables to stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
  • Provide informal mentoring to colleagues when the need arises.
  • Able to support multiple BU partners while working on deliverables.
  • Adhere to enterprise standards and style guidelines


ADP SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience, including digital design (email and web page) and HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital metrics
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization, and UX/UI principles, a plus
  • Experience with audio (podcast) and visual formats (webinars)
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal/ external business issues to improve products or services. HR and payroll knowledge, a plus.
  • Has knowledge of best practices and how an area integrates with others; is aware of competitors and the factors that differentiate them in the market
  • Works independently, with minimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
  • Impacts a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section is for Colorado residents. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
