REVOLT, the unapologetically Hip-Hop content platform from Sean “Diddy” Combs dedicated to the creators of this generation, is seeking a talented, driven, and culturally-minded Growth Marketing Manager who is passionate about content, audience and data.

The role will be part of the REVOLT Digital team to plan, build, analyze, optimize, and report customer acquisition campaigns to drive sustainable and efficient audience growth at scale and manage our agency and/or internal paid media campaigns. Prime candidates should have a proven track record of successfully growing and scaling audiences using performance marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, podcasts and apps. They should also have a robust understanding of platform analytics, as well as tracking and attribution. Additionally, it’s important to be a self-starter with great organization, communication and a detail-oriented mindset. Obsession with culture is key.

What You’ll Do:

● Develop monthly and quarterly strategies & goals for paid and organic initiatives including audience acquisition while optimizing costs, improving engagement/conversion rates, and re-engagement campaigns for lapsed/churned users/viewers.

● Analyze various data sources for trends, design and execute A/B tests either in-house or via agency of record, and develop strategic recommendations/executions with goals of always improving performance.

● Devise testing roadmap with clear priorities and outline of experiments and measurement.

● Manage detailed budget allocation across different performance marketing channels and campaigns.

● Assist with managing channel content calendars and ensuring it is aligned with growth strategies.

● Report and conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performances.

● Analyze, vet, and approve agency recommendations.

● Help craft/edit/test social copy that matches REVOLT’s voice/tone, while following brand partnership guidelines.

What You Bring:

● 3 - 5 years of performance/growth marketing experience at a media company.

● Experience managing and running performance marketing campaigns across, but not limited to, Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts and apps either with agencies or in-house with a brand focused on content marketing.

● Keen understanding of consumer behavior on key channels and proven experience executing different strategies and tactics to scale existing channels, while testing new channels for opportunities.

● Experience with FB Business Manager, Google Adwords and other self-service paid media advertising is a must.

● Fluency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FB Insights, YouTube Analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, etc.

● A deep familiarity with tracking, attribution and measurement solutions.

● Expansive understanding of platform policies and changes that impact performance marketing efficiencies.

● Adept capabilities of interpreting data and results from campaigns and is comfortable with providing actionable recommendations based on learnings.

● Ability to creatively understand what content can/should be tested for each social platform is a major plus.

● Top notch communication skills and experience building relationships with external agencies to drive efficiencies.

● An entrepreneurial and inventive approach to growth opportunities and problem-solving.

● Degree in business marketing, analytical or quantitative field preferred.

● A love for Hip-Hop culture and social justice highly preferred; you must love what you do!
