Blueprint is looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our fast-paced Marketing team as an Email Producer, working within Hubspot Marketing Suite to create, edit, schedule and launch emails as part of scheduled and ad hoc campaigns, as well as criteria-driven automatic workflows.
Reporting to the head of CRM/Email Marketing at Blueprint, the Email Producer will ensure that all email-related processes function smoothly from creation to launch, always with an eye toward evolving best practices and continuous improvement to drive increased revenue attribution from the email channel.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete and thoroughly test campaign setups, content, and revision rounds in rapid succession. Youʼll work closely with marketing managers, copywriters, proofreaders and designers to execute high quality, engaging emails. You should be exceptionally detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive working in an extremely fast-paced environment. This position can be based at our Los Angeles headquarters or can be fully remote, based in the U.S.
You are excited about this role because you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all email creation, editing, and deployment processes are completed on time and with the absolute highest levels of accuracy and quality.
• Building email templates within Hubspot, as well as utilizing those templates for scalable campaign setup.
• Coordinating efficient process flows of planned email campaigns and ad hoc messages from ideation and design to approval and deployment.
• Designing email layouts and ensuring they are optimized across all desktop and mobile devices, as well as multiple email clients.
• Facilitating and participating in Quality Assurance efforts across the entire email process, including proofreading, checking links, and validating targeting criteria and creative intent.
• Supporting the development and analysis of tests to improve key email metrics (opens, clicks, sales attribution, etc.) across campaigns.
• Contributing to on-call support for mission-critical email functions during off hours, weekends, and holidays, including coverage for other team members, as needed.

• Minimum 3 years experience working in email or web-based production.
• MUST HAVE experience utilizing Hubspot or similar CRM platform (Salesforce, Marketo, Mautic/Acquia, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.) to create and send emails.
• Experience with list development and building workflows within a CRM platform.
• Ability to design and build email templates.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it applies to email, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues across email clients and platforms.
• Ability and desire to work within a team, through task delegation, design, and development, in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented and strive for 100% quality execution in your work.
• Excellent communication, organization, editing, and management skills.
• Technically savvy and have a strong drive to automate and improve processes, using the latest CRM technologies.
