Due to our successful expansion into online trailer campaign management we are now looking for a dedicated Content Producer to help form the backbone of this operation. 

As Content Producer, you will oversee the creation of a range of deliverables for trailer and related marketing material content for both online and in-theatres, ensuring our output is of the highest standard. 

You will help manage the creation of localized content and work closely with a wide range of departments including Content Services, Mastering, DFX and Client Services.

You will coordinate the QC of content and provide a technical support structure to the Director of Theatrical Trailer Operations and the Trailer Account team.

You will be required to assist in the research and development of current and future solutions and workflows for Direct to Debut and other marketing based initiatives, developing test case scenarios and performing UAT when necessary in order to finesse our service offerings and push ourselves into new and exciting business areas.

This role reports into the Director of Theatrical Trailer Operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination of receipt of all elements required for each job, liaising with all Digital Cinema Operations departments and Client Services as required

• Maintaining consistent information relating to QC checks on OV and localized picture renders and PDF proofs through the operation or by yourself. This applies to work in progress and final deliverables

• To associate with all administration relating to all QC and insert reports for intermediate files and final deliverables

• Tracking the graphic localisation workflow to ensure deadlines are met

• Provide creative input on any OV trailer or promotional spot orders

• Provide support to Content Services and DFX to ensure project specific working parameters and technical specifications are adhered to

• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of respective developments and industry standard software/hardware in theatrical, online and broadcast content technologies

• Adding information to Confluence (central database) relating to workflows and specific project data

• Assist and support with administration duties through our work order systems.

• Liaise with Project Management and AMs regularly to track any orders on hold and maintain status of those orders where elements have been received

• Management of output on a per project basis to ensure elements adhere not only to the DCI specification, but also to specific client requirements for all deliverables

• Liaise and provide support with other operational departments within all DTDC facilities 

• Troubleshoot technical issues out in the field and work with relevant personnel to provide solutions

• Provide the Trailer Mastering and TMBD teams with technical support on each project

• Communicating, via phone, email and verbally with all appropriate departments regarding status of projects or any other relevant information when needed (flexible schedule required)

• Completion of ad-hoc project work as specified by your manager

• Be highly motivated to work as part of the Trailer Mastering and TMBD team with a flexible attitude as due to the nature of this work some evening and weekend work will be required

• Adhere to current policies and procedures relating to health, safety and security

• Act as an ambassador for the Company

• Help to create new workflows to accommodate out-of-band client requests and streamline efficiency for already established pipelines

• Performing day to day routine Producer tasks including but not limited to:

o QC of OV picture elements and the creation of supporting documentation 
o Receiving insert translations and coordinating art working/composite process 
o Overseeing and supervising the creation of and reviewing artwork proofs
o Coordination of short form Prores master creation and transcoding 
o Helping to manage a dedicated Project Manager resource
o Assisting the Account Managers with the planning and execution of each project
