SUMMARY
WELL Health is looking for an inventive and tech-savvy Content Specialist who can help us build and maintain WELL’s client-facing knowledge base. Our ideal candidate will work collaboratively across the organization to identify, define, and resolve knowledge gaps by producing articles, videos, best practice tip sheets, and delivering live client training. You will join our Professional Services Organization and report to our Director of Client Training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Client Training team to review, produce, and maintain necessary learning content in the form of articles, videos, infographics, charts, etc.
- Develop an audit schedule and process to review and validate existing learning content, performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Prioritize and deliver information from the Product Team about minor and major releases, author or update content, and provide feedback to Product regarding product requests.
- Become a WELL product expert. Complete all product certifications.
- Test, upload, and manage learning items within the Learning Management System, as needed.
- Deliver ILT sessions to clients on existing and new product functionality, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related discipline.
- 3 years of experience writing or training in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
- Deep attention to detail is a must.
- Adapt quickly to new technology, new processes and procedures, and standards in an environment of continuous improvement.
BONUS
- Healthcare industry knowledge preferred; payor or provider side experience.
- Experience delivering virtual software training.
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS organization.
LOCATION
WELL Health is headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is remote friendly to anyone based in the United States. #LI-Remote
