Job Summary

Are you a creative storyteller with a knack for simplifying complex ideas? Fincent is looking for a Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll craft compelling, high-impact content that drives engagement, builds brand authority, and accelerates lead generation in the fintech and accounting space. If you have a proven track record of writing for B2B SaaS companies, a good understanding of fintech and accounting and the ability to transform technical concepts into engaging narratives, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor content, and target audience personas.
    • Extract insights to develop content that aligns with target audience personas and business objectives.
    • Analyze competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to their needs and interests.
  • Content Creation & Strategy
    • Write clear, attractive copy, adapted to specific target audiences - i.e., matter-of-fact writing, not marketing fluff.- Develop engaging content across a wide range of formats, including blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, social media, press releases, advertising, go-to-market materials, sales enablement assets, presentations, and other collateral.
    • Develop brand stories that drive engagement and establish thought leadership.
    • Craft compelling product messaging that highlights customer benefits and differentiates Fincent from competitors.
    • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand messaging across all content.
    • Tailor content for different stages of the buyer’s journey, from awareness to decision- making.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in content writing, content marketing (B2B SaaS or FinTech, accounting preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and fintech trends.
  • Flawless command of the English language with excellent grammar and clarity.
  • Experience creating content for multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and social media.
  • Creative storytelling skills to turn technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
