Content Writer
Location and Work Arrangement

This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Content Team Lead. Because we are a remote-first team, success here requires strong written communication, reliable follow-through, comfort using video and digital collaboration tools, and the ability to manage your day with focus and accountability.

What You’ll Do
  • Write and edit content across the marketing ecosystem, including blogs, newsletters, SEO web copy, press releases, case studies, brochures, postcards, white papers, and other assigned content.

  • Research client industries, audiences, products, and services so your writing is accurate, useful, and aligned with each client’s brand voice.

  • Apply basic SEO practices, content structure, categorization, and editorial standards to support quality and performance.

  • Use AI tools, prompt techniques, and editorial judgment to improve workflow efficiency while protecting originality, accuracy, and brand fit.

  • Work with campaign account managers, digital ad strategists, web teammates, content leadership, and clients to gather feedback and revise content.

  • Stay current on content marketing trends, digital marketing principles, writing best practices, and AI tools relevant to the role.

  • You consistently produce high-quality content that meets client expectations, internal standards, and deadlines.

  • Your assigned clients maintain strong quality scores and clear production momentum.

  • Client and internal feedback is integrated accurately, efficiently, and with good judgment.

  • You become more fluent in content marketing, SEO basics, AI-supported workflows, and the custom integration industry over time.

  • You communicate clearly, manage priorities well, and contribute to a positive, accountable content team.

What You’ll Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, SEO content, copywriting, or a related writing role.

  • Strong writing, editing, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.

  • Experience writing for multiple marketing channels, such as web content, email, blogs, social media, press releases, white papers, and case studies.

  • Proven comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms to support writing workflows.

  • Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects through completion.

  • A proactive, feedback-friendly mindset with strong follow-through and a commitment to quality.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Preferred: Experience in technology, consumer electronics, home automation, or the custom integration industry.
