As a Content Writer – Associate, you’ll help power our brand storytelling and go-to-market efforts by writing content that’s thoughtful, fast-moving, and tailored to the needs of prospects, customers, and internal teams. You’ll contribute to everything from ABM campaigns to webinar scripts to blog posts and presentation decks. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to move fast without getting sloppy, is comfortable using AI tools as part of their process, and thinks not just about what to write, but how each idea can show up across different formats and channels.
You’ll report to the Sr. Manager of Content and join a team that values strong writing, sharp thinking, and clear business impact.
What You’ll Do- Write, edit, and polish content across formats: blog posts, email copy, landing pages, ad copy, presentations, outlines, and more
- Support integrated campaigns with content that helps Sales, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing hit their goals
- Draft outlines, talking points, and long-form copy for webinars, speaking engagements, and leadership content
- Repurpose core ideas into multiple formats (e.g., a blog post into a deck, a webinar into a toolkit)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across SEO, product marketing, sales, and social to keep messaging sharp and consistent
- Use AI tools to draft, brainstorm, and iterate, without losing your own voice or instincts
- Learn our customer personas and write content that feels human, grounded, and useful
- Stay curious about content trends and bring ideas to the table for testing and reuse
- Keep deliverables moving on time across multiple projects
- 1–3 years of experience in content, editorial, journalism, or a writing-heavy role
- A strong writer who can produce clear, compelling copy quickly and confidently
- Familiarity with B2B environments and how content fits into business and marketing efforts
- Some exposure to CMS tools like WordPress, Webflow, or Builder
- Comfortable juggling multiple assignments, even if they’re in different voices, tones, or formats
- Bonus points for experience in SaaS, construction tech, or using tools like Surfer or Ahrefs
- You take writing seriously without getting precious about edits or deadlines
- You’re versatile: blogs, scripts, decks, emails—you’ve probably done it all and like switching gears
- You know how to start with one good idea and spin it into five useful things
