Who we are

Paxos Labs is an initiative building infrastructure for the enterprise market that powers the next generation of trusted onchain financial products. We work with the largest financial enterprises in the world to build transparent and verifiable onchain infrastructure that works for end users and everyday financial use cases. If you believe in bringing DeFi and digital assets to the mainstream, consider building your career at Paxos Labs.

We are looking for a Content & Social Manager to drive Paxos Labs’ content motion helping us show up consistently and credibly across X, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Who we're looking for

This is not a traditional content marketer role. It’s for someone who can:

  • Write like a strategist and think like a creator.

  • Translate technical ideas into simple, compelling stories.

  • Help capture narratives for video content that help drive and instill our business and product vision in the market across platforms.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Marketing to concept, script, and film our new video series, turn launches into content campaigns, and drive the consistency that defines great brands.

Responsibilities

Content & Storytelling

  • Own Paxos Labs’ social content calendar (X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and maybe even tik-tok).

  • Write and edit long-form pieces (blog posts, thought leadership, op-eds) and short-form copy (tweets, captions, scripts).

  • Transform product launches, events, and ecosystem partnerships into stories that earn attention and drive credibility.

  • Draft, refine, and co-create video scripts for the company’s upcoming video series.

Production & Execution

  • Work with our designer/editor to turn raw footage into clips, reels, and short-form content.

  • Experiment with AI tools (Descript, Runway, ChatGPT, OpusClip, etc.) to accelerate content creation and editing.

  • Manage posting, scheduling, and light analytics for all owned channels.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, BD, and Comms to amplify launches and ecosystem stories.

  • Coordinate with our PR agency on earned/owned content alignment.

Work cross-functionally with design and product teams to keep brand voice consistent.

Qualifications
  • Have 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, social strategy, or creator-style roles ideally within fintech, or crypto,

  • Have strong editorial instincts and a sharp understanding of social storytelling (you know what performs on X vs LinkedIn).

  • Can write fast and clearly from technical explainers to witty tweet threads.

  • Are scrappy and hands-on comfortable being multidisciplinary, and enjoys the creative processes.

Why join us?

Joining Paxos Labs means becoming part of a pioneering team at the forefront of financial innovation for the mass market. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build the Future: Play a critical role in transforming traditional enterprises with innovative crypto solutions.

  • Do Impactful Work: Contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on the global financial landscape.

  • Enable Personal Growth: Benefit from continuous learning and professional development in a rapidly evolving industry with an emphasis on personal career advancement.

  • Receive Competitive Compensation: Receive a competitive salary and participate in directly in ownership structures that provide top-of-the-line benefits.

  • Join A Dynamic Team: Thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting where your ideas are valued and your contributions are recognized.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
