Role Overview
We're seeking a versatile Digital Content and SEO Manager who will serve as our primary content creator and SEO strategist. As the only dedicated writer on our team, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling, search-optimized content across multiple formats and channels while driving organic growth through strategic SEO initiatives. This is a remote position perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience needs, and SEO goals
- Write high-quality, search-optimized content including case studies, web pages, blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, and email campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Own and execute SEO strategy including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content optimization
- Track and optimize content performance for lead generation, working closely with sales to ensure content drives qualified leads through the funnel
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content opportunities and search trends
- Optimize content to rank in AI Overviews and Featured Snippets through strategic content structuring, schema markup, and answer-focused content creation
- Update existing content and web pages for improved search engine visibility and user experience
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Maintain social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to amplify content reach and engagement
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of content marketing and SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology companies
- Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated versatility across content formats and SEO-optimized content
- Proven experience with SEO tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads with demonstrated ROI
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and keyword research methodologies
- Experience managing LinkedIn for business and familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with GRC, compliance, or cybersecurity industries
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and content management systems
- Analytics experience with SEO and content performance measurement tools
- Previous experience managing SEO strategy independently or in small marketing teams
