Specific Duties
• Serve as Product Owner for research, analytics, and content development teams,
managing team backlogs and aligning priorities with business strategy and product
roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define
objectives, delivery targets, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with MyAdvice product teams to ensure cross-team deliverables are
strategically aligned.
• Translate strategic initiatives into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with
clear business impact.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, set iteration goals, and manage inter-
team dependencies.
• Represent customer and business perspectives throughout sprint planning, reviews, and
retrospectives.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across data, analytics, and research teams,
driving scope, milestones, and outcomes.
• Oversee project execution using SAFe/Agile principles and structured project
management discipline.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of initiatives aligned with the MyAdvice roadmap.
• Track KPIs, dependencies, and risks; communicate status to leadership and proactively
address blockers.
• Manage vendor deliverables.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project or product management, ideally within healthcare,
insurance, or data-driven organizations.
• Proven success as a SAFe Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks, including PI Planning, backlog
refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Managers to execute complex product
and data initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on results and
stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency in project and agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, SAFe PO/PM, or CSPO certification preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, analytics platforms, or compliance environments a plus.
