Position Summary
The Content Migration Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the successful transition of digital content into the WordPress CMS. Reporting to the Content Migration Lead, this position is responsible for supporting content audits, quality assurance activities, and the structured migration of content. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in WordPress, accessibility practices, content auditing, and information architecture, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with comprehensive content audits to evaluate accuracy, consistency, and readiness for migration.
- Perform quality assurance checks to validate migrated content meets established standards.
- Migrate and format content within the WordPress CMS in alignment with project requirements.
- Support the organization and maintenance of internal information architecture to ensure usability and navigability.
- Collaborate with the Content Migration Lead and project team to address issues, identify process improvements, and ensure timely delivery.

Benefits
This is a contract-to-hire position. The benefits listed below are for full-time W2 employees. Salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000.
