About the Role

As Content Marketing Specialist, B2B, you’ll craft compelling, insight-driven content that drives engagement and conversion across the buyer journey. You will play a key role in shaping how Hello Heart connects with healthcare decision-makers, helping generate demand and build awareness within the digital health space.

Reporting into our Director of Demand Generation, you’ll collaborate with teams across Enterprise Marketing, Sales, and Design to develop content that supports lead generation goals and reflects our brand’s approachable, data-driven voice. If you’re a strong storyteller who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage high-performing B2B content including blogs, case studies, landing pages, reports, and email campaigns.
  • Create segmented content for key audiences such as Medicare Advantage plans, public and private sector employers, and labor unions.
  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to craft lead-converting email campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
  • Collaborate with Events Marketing to promote meetings, webinars, and conferences through targeted campaigns that drive ROI.
  • Write and optimize digital ad copy for LinkedIn, display, and other paid channels; collaborate with Design on creative execution.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Hello Heart’s brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels.
  • Use data and performance metrics to measure impact and inform future content strategy.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of content marketing experience, with proven success in B2B healthcare or digital health marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience writing high-performing, lead-generating email and digital campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills; able to simplify complex topics for busy decision-makers.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing performance and conversion metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Self-starter with curiosity, empathy, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced environment.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
