We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Content Marketing Manager to lead the evolution of our content strategy, grow our digital presence, and drive engagement across the entire customer journey. This is a high-impact role that collaborates closely with product marketing, design, sales, and customer success to ensure our content aligns with business goals and delivers measurable results. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in the U.S. financial services industry, particularly within banks and credit unions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Performance
- Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and funnel stages.
- Define and track KPIs to measure content effectiveness across engagement, lead generation, pipeline impact, and SEO performance.
- Refine the strategy based on performance insights, industry trends, and audience behavior.
- Own and manage the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery and consistent publishing cadence.
- Channel Ownership & Optimization
- Manage and grow key content channels, including the website, blog, social media, email campaigns (newsletters, nurture streams, and e-blasts), and webinars.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Design to continuously improve the website experience, content architecture, and on-page engagement.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all channels and touchpoints.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead our SEO strategy, from keyword research and on-page optimization to content audits and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all published content is SEO-optimized and aligned with organic growth goals.
- Use SEO insights to evolve the content strategy and identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Content Development
- Write and manage the production of a wide variety of content assets including blog posts, playbooks and guides, customer stories, video scripts, product collateral, sales enablement tools, emails, landing pages, and webinar content.
- Work with our Growth Strategy Team to develop content and launch a public-facing Learning Academy on our website.
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone while adapting content to fit specific formats, audiences, and stages of the funnel.
- Executive Thought Leadership
- Support the development of executive-level content for speaking engagements, social media, and bylines.
- Create talk tracks, ghostwrite posts, and develop content that strengthens the personal brand and industry authority of our leadership team.
- Industry Research & Reports
- Contribute to the planning and development of our annual research report.
- Repurpose findings into engaging blog posts, infographics, webinar content, and social media campaigns that extend the report’s reach and value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS or fintech
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of diverse content
- Hands-on experience managing SEO strategy and performance tools (e.g. SEMrush, GA, Google Search Console)
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into content strategy improvements
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and search platforms (not required, but a strong plus)
