THE OPPORTUNITY

The Enablement Content Developer transforms raw content, subject-matter insights, and existing enablement assets into polished, engaging learning experiences for Cyera’s global go-to-market teams. This role blends creativity, instructional thinking, and production excellence. You will partner closely with our Sr Learning Architect to convert concepts and frameworks into scalable, high-impact training resources that elevate seller performance and accelerate productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Develop Engaging Training Experiences

  • Translate enablement strategies, product updates, and SME insights into high-quality learning materials (modules, microlearning, videos, guides, job aids, interactive eLearning, etc.).
  • Build visually engaging and instructionally sound resources.
  • Elevate existing assets with compelling visuals, learning flows, and creative storytelling.
  • Propose new ways of sharing Enablement content with learners based on role and need.

Collaborate With the Learning Architect

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Learning Architect to align on learning objectives, instructional structures, and audience needs.
  • Conduct content reviews and creatively iterate based on feedback.

Own the Creative Production Process

  • Maintain a consistent visual and instructional brand across all GTM learning materials.
  • Take raw content (slides, transcripts, SME notes, recordings, messaging docs) and transform it into polished training.
  • Build repeatable templates and scalable production processes for the enablement team.

Enhance GTM Team Readiness & Adoption

  • Ensure learning materials are intuitive, engaging, and tailored to seller needs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, product marketing, and frontline managers to gather insights and validate accuracy.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years experience in enablement, instructional design, L&D, sales training, or creative content development.
  • Strong creative and visual design skills; fluency in tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Experience creating eLearning or multimedia training (Articulate Rise/Storyline preferred).
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp, engaging content.
  • Understanding of GTM teams, sales motions, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about elevating the learner experience.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
