The Content Lead will create and execute content strategies focused on engaging the crypto audience through effective storytelling, social media presence, and collaboration with technical teams.

Role
The Content Lead will be responsible for turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with developers, founders, and crypto-native audiences. They will serve as the voice of the brand across social media, thought leadership channels, and key industry outlets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead content strategy and execution across social (Twitter/X, LinkedIn), blog, newsletters, and community channels.
- Create and publish daily/weekly posts on Twitter/X and LinkedIn that engage with the crypto ecosystem — from thought leadership threads to commentary on industry news.
- Develop a consistent brand voice that bridges technical depth and accessible storytelling.
- Collaborate with founders and engineers to translate product updates, research, and partnerships into shareable content and narratives.
- Pitch and place guest posts and op-eds in leading crypto and Web3 publications (CoinDesk, The Block, Bankless, etc.).
- Manage the content calendar and drive execution around launches, ecosystem milestones, and events.
- Monitor social sentiment and engagement to refine messaging and identify emerging topics.
- Work closely with growth and community teams to align organic content with broader marketing goals (awareness, developer adoption, hiring).
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in content marketing, communications, or editorial — ideally in crypto, Web3, fintech, or developer tools.
- Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure, protocols, and the broader crypto landscape.
- Exceptional writing skills — you can go from short-form tweet threads to long-form technical explainers.
- Proven experience building an engaged audience on Twitter/X and LinkedIn.
- A creative, proactive voice — you stay on top of crypto trends and know how to join (or start) meaningful conversations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with founders or technical teams, and/or previous contributions to crypto publications or communities.
