Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team at our global headquarters in Southlake, TX.
 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Social

    • Design and implement engaging social media strategies and social media/content calendar tailored to B2B audiences, with emphasis on LinkedIn and X (Twitter) with room for expansion into other relevant emerging platforms.

    • Execute both organic and hyper-targeted paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand voice. 

    • Monitor and respond to comments to drive engagement, and proactively engage industry influencers to expand reach and reputation of the Likewize brand. 

    • Work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to align social media efforts with strategic sales initiatives to provide ‘air cover’ and ‘soften the beachhead’ at specific accounts and within specific industries. 

    • Lead employee advocacy and thought leadership on social channels to leverage our talented and connected workforce to open new opportunities and strengthen our awareness and reputation. 

    • Serve as a listening and learning channel and curate trends and insights from social media (the market, our industries, our competitors, our customers) and sharing them back into the organization. 

    • Lead with a data-driven orientation using analytics and testing to continually optimize our efforts and inform future social media decisions and even broader business decisions. 

  • Content Creation

    • True content creation with total ownership of the production lifecycle including ideating the concept, building the narrative, researching the story, and ultimately communicating the idea across an array of mediums including video, posts, articles, infographics, testimonials and more. 

    • Proactive content sourcing - finding untold customer success stories, leveraging industry trends, and monitoring competitor activities to identify content opportunities. 

    • Create a publishing strategy to maximize the value of content by disseminating it across multiple channels even beyond social media – such as email, web, print collateral, signage, etc. 

    • Work cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to support business development and brand awareness efforts 

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills and/or experience:

  • 3-5 years in both social media management and content creation, particularly in tech-focused B2B environments.

  • Extensive experience in storytelling, with a robust portfolio of hands-on work in written, audio and visual mediums. 

  • 10 out of 10 level writing skills and editing skills with a proven ability to create diverse content formats. 

  • Performance-Driven Mindset, having strong familiarity with KPIs like engagement rates, content ROI, and audience growth metrics.  

  • Exhibits extreme bias towards action with an agile mindset of getting good work to market quickly and then continually test and optimize to make it better and better. 

  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. 

  • Tool-savvy with experience leveraging scheduling, listening, planning, analytics online tools in addition to the native toolsets within each social media channel. 

  • AI-savvy with experience and conviction around leveraging AI to streamline processes and drive content velocity and quality. 

  • Expertise with audience targeting and optimization for paid social media efforts.
