Content & Creative Producer

We are looking for a Content & Creative Producer who can take our Marketing efforts to the next level through the lens of strategy and execution.

Job Duties:

The Content & Creative Producer at Levity Live / Improv is a cross-functional producing role supporting original comedy across podcasts, live shows, digital content, television, audio, and other formats.

Working closely with the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy, this role will help take projects from development through production, post-production, delivery, and distribution. The ideal candidate has a strong production foundation and is ready to take on greater ownership of projects, with opportunities to contribute creatively and grow their development experience.

Production, Development & Project Management

  • Translate creative direction into production plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Manage projects from development through production and final delivery.
  • Support the development of new podcasts, live shows, digital content, and other original projects, with opportunities to contribute ideas and creative feedback.
  • Assist with treatments, decks, pitches, research, and other development materials as needed.
  • Coordinate production logistics including crews, locations, equipment, schedules, vendors, and talent.
  • Maintain project trackers, calendars, budgets, and production materials.
  • Keep multiple projects moving simultaneously and proactively identify production needs and solutions.

Post-Production & Distribution

  • Manage post-production schedules, editors, notes, revisions, approvals, and final masters.
  • Coordinate graphics, audio, captions, artwork, metadata, and other required assets.
  • Help manage content delivery and distribution across digital, social, audio, streaming, and other platforms.
  • Maintain release calendars and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Organize final masters, production assets, and project files.

Talent & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate production needs, schedules, materials, and deliverables with talent and their representatives.
  • Work across production, marketing, social, legal, operations, and venue teams to execute projects.
  • Coordinate with external producers, vendors, editors, and distribution partners.
  • Support the EVP of Content & Creative Strategy in executing projects and broader content initiatives.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in production, television, digital media, podcasts, live entertainment, or a related field.
  • Experience as an associate producer, production coordinator, junior producer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of production and post-production workflows.
  • Highly organized with strong project-management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to take creative direction and turn it into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Familiarity with digital distribution and content delivery is a plus.
  • Experience in comedy or live entertainment is a plus.
