About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to lead and execute. We truly understand the importance and value of high-quality content, brand awareness, and positioning. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will work closely with our Demand Gen Manager and Product Marketing Lead to create a unified strategy where content and brand are at the core.

You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing a content strategy that tells our story, reinforces our perceptions in the market, builds awareness, and drives qualified leads. You will measure the success of your strategies through clear leading and lagging indicators.

What You'll Be Doing 🔥
  • Content strategy & roadmap - Define and manage a comprehensive content strategy and calendar, aligning content across multiple formats to serve audiences, tell our story effectively, and drive awareness and revenue.
  • Content creation & distribution - Lead the creation of engaging, high-quality content leveraging AI tools for research and drafts, ensuring effective distribution and repurposing across various platforms from inception.
  • Brand & storytelling - Collaborate with the executive and product marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and maintain consistency in brand storytelling across all channels.
  • Content measurement - Analyze content effectiveness, using insights to continuously optimize the content roadmap for maximum brand impact, traffic, and conversion.
  • Campaign collaboration - Partner with the growth team to produce content that supports pipeline objectives through personalized, signal-based campaigns, social campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Cross-functional collaboration - Serve as the primary editor and content leader, managing content requests, interviewing and ghostwriting with subject matter experts across teams.
  • Process & tools - Continuously improve content creation and distribution workflows by selecting and implementing modern production and campaign management tools.
  • Events & partnerships - Lead the strategic planning and execution of events and partnerships to amplify our brand presence and cultivate strategic alliances.
Who You Are 💪
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within SaaS or fintech startups.
  • Strong skills in content creation, editing, and distribution with a consistently high-quality standard.
  • Proven ability to set strategic content direction and execute effectively using modern content tools and AI.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars, content roadmaps, and leveraging analytics for content optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies for content production.
  • Passionate about educating and engaging audiences through insightful and impactful content.
