Job Description:

The Consulting Sales Enablement Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting the operational execution of sales and pipeline activities within the Consulting business unit. This role focuses on day-to-day CRM support, sales reporting, campaign support, and pipeline accuracy using systems like D365 and Power BI. The Senior Associate works closely with the sales enablement team and platform leadership to ensure smooth delivery of key sales support functions aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support for D365, including opportunity updates, closeouts, risk assessment guidance, and stale pipeline cleanup.
  • Create, modify, and distribute D365 views, dashboards, and reports to assist leadership and sales teams.
  • Execute weekly and ad hoc sales reporting including pipeline summaries, closed opportunity reports, and progress against sales goals.
  • Support campaign execution including intake tracking, dashboard setup, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the maintenance and governance of Templafy content, including updates, user guidance, and issue tracking.
  • Coordinate commitment call logistics and live support, including materials preparation and post-call follow-up.
  • Contribute to offering management by helping track offering status, changes, and requests for new services.
  • Maintain accuracy of account data, target lists, and tagging within D365 to support account leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of data, messaging, and tools.
  • Document support activities and identify process improvement opportunities for greater efficiency and data quality.
  • Support additional sales enablement initiatives, such as Account Leadership, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or business development support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, Excel, and related reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience supporting sales processes in a professional services or consulting environment is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot user issues and prioritize multiple requests in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000.00 - $92,600.00 per year.
