They are adept at (or committed to becoming adept) client development and sales, generating opportunities to serve the world’s largest companies.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in business
• highly motivated and dynamic professional with a deep appreciation for the world of business, management and leadership;
• individuals with a grounding in diverse ways of thinking who explore the world, their beliefs, and the points of view of others with curiosity and wonder;
• driven-and-resolute results producers who are comfortable working in dynamic environments and thrive on collaboration;
• individuals with a high level of integrity and who have demonstrated grit and resilience;
• self-starters and self-managers who are inspired by new challenges;
• willing to travel on a regular basis to serve clients.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, and those with an MBA or other advanced degree in applicable fields have an edge. Strong writing skills, project management capability, and mastery of usual business applications plus collaborative tools are required. Individuals with experience in transformational development programs are encouraged. Salaries offered are in the mid-range with benefits and a bonus system for high achievers.
